OVERVIEW

At Major League Baseball, I collaborated with a team of skilled designers, product owners, and engineers to develop user-centric mobile and web products. I was fortunate to transition from an individual contributor to the role of Director of Product Design, where I led my team in creating, refining, and implementing high-quality features and designs.

As a design leader, I focus on building strong relationships with each team member and work diligently to ensure every designer is positioned in a role that fosters their success.

We were hoping to avoid making baseball puns, but here’s the problem: The MLB At Bat app really does knock it out of the park. If you’re a baseball fan, MLB At Bat should absolutely be your first stop on the App Store.

We have so many users with a wide range of use cases, from a 5 year old looking to watch Aaron Judge bombs to the 80 year old stathead looking for box scores and numbers. Designing around these variables is both a thrill and one of our biggest challenges.
